Celebrating as if they were your fans, shedding tears of joy\u2014I&#8217;ve seen many people like this.<\/p>\n<p>Such anxiety attacks before going to sleep, leading to restlessness. You seek connections with others to alleviate this anxiety, and finding reassurance in those connections becomes a nightly routine, eventually impacting your health and mental stability.
