At just 10 years old, I developed osteosarcoma, but I felt very happy. The reason is that the adults around me and my friends wrote to me and shared my happiness. On the shelf next to the hospital bed, a sympathy melon gives off a very mellow scent. A happy smile occasionally appears in the serious eyes of the nurse and the doctor in charge, reassuring me. So I got cancer but I’m happy. Very comfortable. Mom, I’m glad I was born.
